PSN Down: All the Updates You Need to Know About PS4 Server Status
Amidst the huge usage or any other reason, PSN servers went down on the night of 12th April hence, several PS4 players were trying to play online popular titles like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone.
Gamers rushed to twitter and burst on PlayStation’s official twitter handle ‘AskPlayStation.’ Asking for support on the issues faced in many areas of the USA and the UK.
An internet gaming service for the PlayStation gaming platform, PlayStation Community (PSN) went down and had outage issues in many areas. Many gamers reported signing in issues and many of them were having issues while becoming a member of get together or while getting invitations.
The problem is extensive and has affected too many gamers. Users took Twitter as a help to convey their complaints to the PlayStation developers and soon, the official notice was rolled out.
Down Detector, an outage monitoring website confirmed that the PSN is at present going with some technical issues.
Some gamers mentioned that they were online but their friends could see them offline and thus, they couldn’t join any multiplayer games.
Other mentioned that they could see game news, friend lists, PSN store and who’s online but there is still some error while joining multi-player games with a little red x next to their names.
In some regions, PS4 displayed this message: You may experience somewhat slower or delayed game downloads because we’re working with ISPs to manage download traffic.
In some regions, PS4 rolled out a message stating that engineers are working hard to resolve the issues.
As an unprecedented number of people are at homes to practice and follow social distancing, PSN went into stress and thus support and understanding from the community are expected.
PS4 and PS4 Pro owners are in trouble while chatting during the games too.
