America’s Got Talent – The Real Champs Crown the Season 2 Finale
The show crowned V. Unbeatable as the winners of America’s Got Talent’s Season 2 on 17th February’s night in a nail-biting finale.
The acrobatic dance folks from Mumbai beat the trapeze Duo Transcend and Violinist Tyler Butler-Figueroa with Judges, Heidi Klum, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, and Howie Mandel giving the winning act a standing ovation as the result was revealed.
After winning the tough game, a member of V. Unbeatable expressed the audience as Terry Crews handed over the mic to him: ‘Thank you so much! Thank you so much, everyone, this means the world to us!’
While, Howie, who bestowed V. Unbeatable his golden buzzer, said: ‘WOW!! I knew the group was special from the time they stepped on stage. ‘Thank you for opening up the world to us, @v_unbeatable. You earn this incredible moment. Congratulations to my Golden Buzzer on WINNING.’
Sharing their winning moment on Instagram, V, Unbeatable wrote: ‘Won the world’s biggest championship. Yes, we achieved the world’s biggest title and our hard work pays off”.
‘After our day-night struggle and 12 to 14 hours rehearsal, we made it our country proud, our brothers Vikas dream has to fulfill, we made our parents proud, and it’s all happen because of people love to support and their blessings, thank you so much super audience for your precious vote.’ [Sic]
Tyler came third in the contest, with Duo Transcend appearing in second place.
Last year’s The Champions had a magician and the season 13 winner Shin Lim win the trophy, with teenage ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer came in second. The 27-year-old, who was born in Canada and is of Han Chinese origin, is now first-ever America’s Got Talent competitor to win two back to back seasons, in addition to being the first-ever winner The Champions.
